Arugula microgreens, derived from the young seedlings of the arugula plant (Eruca sativa), boast a distinctive flavor profile that mirrors the mature arugula but in a more concentrated form. These microgreens exhibit tender, delicate green leaves with a mild peppery taste, characteristic of arugula. Despite their small size, arugula microgreens are nutritionally dense, offering vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like potassium and calcium. 

Broccoli microgreens are mighty in nutrition even though they are tiny in size. They can contain up to 40 times the levels of nutrients compared with regular broccoli.

Sulforaphane (pronounced 'sull-fore-uh-fane')

one of the plant’s natural compounds peaks during the microgreen growth stage. Sulforaphane is one of nature's most potent known Nrf2 (pronounced 'nerf-too') activators. Nrf2's are antioxidant-making powerhouses activating biological process that create antioxidant proteins in your body.

Pea Shoot Microgreens are packed with vitamins and are a great source of three chemoprotective agents: folate, antioxidants, and carotene. Folate helps produce and maintain cells and protects against DNA damage. Antioxidants help the body fight free radical damage, commonly associated with high cancer risk. Pea Shoot Microgreens also contain protein and fiber as well as vitamins C, A, K, and other vital vitamins and minerals.

Sunflower shoots have an expansive nutrition profile. They are a complete plant protein which means they contain all the building blocks needed to form essential amino acids. Also packed full of iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, copper, and phosphorous this little plant is one of the most nutritious microgreens available.

Radish microgreens are another nutrient packed little plant with loads of possible health benefits. They include high levels of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. They also deliver calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc to the body.
